We are up visiting my Mom and Dad for the Thanksgiving holiday. We are enjoying it so much. My parents spoil us rotten whenever we visit and Brooklyn has figured that out. For those of you who don't know my dad, he is a giant teddy bear with the best heart and Brooklyn is starting to realize she can take advantage of that. Here is how the conversation went:
Grandma: Hey it is Allie's Birthday on Thurs. do you want to help me wrap presents?
Brooklyn: I get a present!
Grandma: No, It is Allie's Birthday she gets the presents. Will you help me?
Brooklyn: You get me a Present!
Grandma: No! It is Allies Birthday only Allie gets presents,
Brooklyn: That's Okay! Grandpa will get me a present!
1 1/2 hours later grandpa walks in the door.
Brooklyn: Grandpa where is my present?
Grandpa: Oh, We will have to go get you one.
My mom and I died laughing. Sure enough that night Brooklyn comes back from Wal-mart and lucky for Grandpa she is such a wierd child and picks out a $2.00 stuffed alligator. So maybe she hasn't got it all figured out yet but Grandpa will have to watch it when she does.

LOVE that girl! that is so classic...and you're right, Grandpa better watch out or before you know it she'll have an ipod or her own computer or something!
