You reall need to follow WHAT better?

The other day Brooklyn was really struggling with her listening skills and as a result had many privileges taken away. Throughout the day I would say things to her like, "Why are you not listening.", "You need to pay attention.", etc. So it was no surprise to me that while I was bathing the boys and the girls were playing in the toy room Brooklyn started playing mom to Allie and the conversation went something like this.

Brooklyn: Allie, you are not being a good listener today.

Allie: Dah!

B: You are not allowed to play the wii anymore today.

A: Dah!

B: If you can't listen no more TV and no Kate and Karina's!

A: Dah!

B: You really need to follow erections better.

We quickly corrected her pronunciation of the word direction and I was glad this mix up of words happened at home and not in primary. I love this girl!
