Sushi and a girls night!

Lizzy spent the night trying to convince me that fish eyeball and sushi are amazingly delicious and when that didn't work she tried to convince me to try them based off of their nutritional value :-)  She seriously cracks me up! Then marina brought it to a new low when she said she enjoyed fried cockroaches. Betsy and I were definitely out numbered in that  conversation!   I so enjoyed my night out with Lizzy, Debbie, Marina, and my sweet mother in law! 

I can't believe that Adam and Debbie will be in Taiwan in 7 months. I will miss them! But I will be able to have Lexi and Lizzy for holidays that they can't make it to Taiwan. Jon and I would like to try a trip to visit them at some point.
