Growing to Fast and Getting to Smart

Wow it has been awhile since I have last been on here. Brooklyn is getting so big and smart that I know I really need to start doing better on my journals. So here I go again.

Brooklyn does not get sick to often I can probably count on one hand how many times since she was born but this last weekend she ended up with a double ear infection. The morning before we took her to the doctor she kept pulling at her ear and telling us that it hurt. We told her she needed to go to the doctor and she kept saying, "I don't want it." Of course we won. (one of those small triumphs as a mom) So I got the phone and sat her on my lap and told her we were going to call the Dr. I started to dial and Brooklyn looks up at me shrugs her shoulders and says, "Oops ear no hurt." Smart little bugar. I couldn't help but laugh and she thought she was pretty funny too. After another hour however she was in enough pain to ask to go to the Dr. and is now back to normal. She is so much fun.

I am going to add some pictures to just catch everyone up with our lives. Brooklyn has turned into a crazy little hiker. She loves it and will go for hours her other love is swimming which she is awesome at she is now swimming the full length of our friends pool by herself (Thanks Jill and Jared). She definitely is enjoying life. Oh yeah and Jon and I are doing great also. I will post pictures of what has been going on in our lives over the last few months soon.
